Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of AmongAds, including the AdsGenius product experience. By using AmongAds, you agree to these Terms. If you use AmongAds on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Use of the Service

  • You may use AmongAds only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, advertising platform rules, and any documentation we provide.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of campaigns, creatives, targeting, budgets, landing pages, and other content submitted through AmongAds.
  • You must not use AmongAds to publish misleading, harmful, infringing, discriminatory, unlawful, or prohibited advertising content.

Accounts and Workspaces

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity in your account or workspace.
  • Workspace owners and admins are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, managing connected ad accounts, and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Advertising Platform Integrations

  • AmongAds connects to third-party advertising platforms only when you authorize those integrations.
  • By connecting an advertising platform, you authorize AmongAds to use the granted permissions to perform actions you request, including reading account information, creating or updating campaigns, publishing ads, syncing statuses, and retrieving performance metrics.
  • You remain responsible for complying with each advertising platform's terms, policies, review requirements, billing rules, and content standards.
  • Advertising platforms may reject, pause, remove, limit, or modify campaigns independently of AmongAds.

Customer Content

  • You retain ownership of campaign content, creative assets, business data, and advertising account data that you provide or connect.
  • You grant AmongAds a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as needed to provide and improve the service.
  • You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload, publish, or authorize use of your content.

Subscriptions and Payment

  • Paid plans, limits, renewal periods, and fees are shown at checkout or in your billing settings.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
  • If payment fails or a subscription is not renewed, we may suspend or limit access to paid features.

Service Availability and Changes

  • We work to keep AmongAds reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We may update, suspend, discontinue, or modify features as the product evolves or as third-party platform APIs change.
  • Some features depend on third-party services, including advertising platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, storage providers, and analytics services.

Restrictions

  • You must not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to AmongAds.
  • You must not bypass usage limits, security controls, billing controls, or platform permission requirements.
  • You must not use AmongAds to violate privacy rights, intellectual property rights, advertising policies, or applicable law.

Termination

  • You may stop using AmongAds at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for AmongAds or others, fail to pay fees, or use the service unlawfully.
  • After termination, we may retain limited records as described in our Privacy Policy and as required for legal, security, accounting, and audit purposes.

Disclaimers and Liability

  • AmongAds is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • We do not guarantee advertising results, campaign approval, platform availability, account eligibility, conversion volume, revenue, or return on ad spend.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmongAds will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms as the service, legal requirements, or advertising platform integrations change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
