AmongAds is a unified advertising management platform, including the AdsGenius product experience, that helps businesses connect ad accounts, create campaigns, publish ads, and review performance across supported advertising platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use AmongAds.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your name, email address, workspace membership, role, authentication status, and preferences.
- Advertising account information that you choose to connect, including platform account identifiers, account names, permissions, pages, pixels, identities, campaign structures, creatives, and campaign performance metrics.
- Campaign and creative information that you create or upload in AmongAds, including targeting settings, budgets, schedules, copy, images, videos, landing pages, and platform-specific configuration.
- Billing and subscription information, processed through our payment provider. We do not store complete payment card numbers.
- Technical information, such as IP address, device and browser information, log data, security events, and product usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve AmongAds.
- To connect to advertising platforms at your direction and perform actions you request, such as importing campaigns, creating campaigns, publishing ads, syncing statuses, and reporting performance.
- To authenticate users, manage workspaces, enforce roles, process subscriptions, provide support, and troubleshoot errors.
- To monitor service reliability, prevent abuse, investigate security issues, and comply with legal obligations.
- To communicate service notices, product updates, support responses, and administrative messages.
Advertising Platform Data
- When you connect an advertising platform, AmongAds requests access only to permissions needed to manage your advertising workflows, such as reading ad accounts and managing campaigns, ad groups, ad sets, creatives, ads, and related insights.
- We use connected advertising platform data only to provide the functionality you request inside AmongAds. We do not sell platform data and we do not use it to build unrelated profiles.
- Access tokens and integration credentials are stored securely and used only to call the relevant platform APIs for connected accounts and authorized workspaces.
- If you disconnect an advertising platform or request deletion, we will stop using the connection and delete or anonymize retained platform data unless we must keep limited records for security, legal, accounting, or audit purposes.
How We Share Information
- With advertising platforms that you connect, only as needed to perform actions you request.
- With service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, bill, and support AmongAds, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- With workspace members according to their role and permissions inside your workspace.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of AmongAds, our users, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections for user information.
Data Retention
- We keep account, workspace, campaign, and integration data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security records.
- When data is no longer needed, we delete, aggregate, or anonymize it using commercially reasonable methods.
Your Choices and Data Requests
- You can update account and workspace information in the product where those controls are available.
- You can disconnect advertising platform integrations from AmongAds or revoke access directly from the advertising platform.
- You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting contact@amongads.com.
- For advertising platform data deletion requests, email contact@amongads.com with the workspace name, connected platform account, and the email used for AmongAds. We will verify the request and delete or anonymize eligible platform data.
Security
- We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration.
- No online service is completely secure, so you should use strong passwords, protect your devices, and limit workspace access to trusted team members.
International Processing
- AmongAds may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Changes to This Policy
- We may update this Privacy Policy as our service, legal requirements, or platform integrations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
